Richard Biel, principal of the firm, was born January 14, 1955 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He received his bachelors in accounting from Southwest Texas State University. Mr. Biel has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1986. After operating a successful accounting practice in Corpus Christi, he returned to law school to continue his academic achievements and graduated with honors from South Texas College of Law-Houston in 1999. As both an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Biel understands the legal and tax issues you may be facing.
